Powerpoint master footer not updating

In Slide Master view, the Slide Master tab will appear first on the Ribbon, but you'll still be able to access commands on different tabs as normal.

Each slide master contains one or more slide layouts, which defines the positioning and formatting of content on a slide.

The text, pictures, tables, fields or other objects that you place on the slide master are visible as a background on all slides that are based on that slide master.

From there, you can edit the slide master, which will affect every slide in the presentation.

Selecting a Fixed time acts as a marker that lets you know when the slide was created. The Update automatically selection displays a dynamic time that takes the current time from the system clock.

As you develop your presentation, an important element needs to be considered: the look of your slides.

The design of your presentation is just as important as the information that it contains.

In this case, the slide’s master has a dark background, but I had changed the background for the individual slide.
